Vacancy Local Cage-Free Poultry Coordinator

We are looking for a Local Cage-Free Poultry Coordinator to support a new project in the Arusha region that helps smallholder farmers transition to cage-free egg production. The coordinator will work closely with farmers, hotels and the project team to monitor chicken welfare, support farm improvements and coordinate the local egg supply chain. This role combines practical farm visits, welfare monitoring and supply coordination, and is ideal for someone who cares about animal welfare, works accurately and communicates well with both farmers and businesses.
